Description

Discover the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

Discover the expansive 70-acre Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), previously known as the Kuala Lumpur International Financial District (KLIFD). Spearheaded by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF), this development stands tall in the heart of Kuala Lumpur as a hub for international finance and business.

Tun Razak Exchange, Malaysia's leading international financial area, offers unprecedented connectivity, iconic public spaces, and cutting-edge sustainable design.

Tun Razak Exchange offers unmatched connectivity.

TRX's 70-acre project is strategically built to be Kuala Lumpur's best-connected address, with a dedicated MRT interchange station and direct access to key highways such as Jalan Tun Razak, MEX, SMART, and the forthcoming Duke 3.
TRX, a rejuvenation catalyst, aims to change the adjacent Imbi and Pudu neighbourhoods through its permeable development concept.

A vibrant lifestyle destination.

A pedestrian promenade will connect TRX to the thriving Bukit Bintang shopping district, creating a vibrant, active, and inclusive lifestyle destination. The Exchange Mall is at the centre of TRX, accompanied by the magnificent TRX Central Park, a 10-acre natural sanctuary perched atop the mall.

Smart and Sustainable Offices at TRX.

TRX's office spaces are meant to be both smart and sustainable, meeting the needs of top-tier organisations. Exchange 106, South-east Asia's highest tower at 492 metres, dominates the skyline.

TRX is pleased to be Malaysia's first development to earn neighborhood-level provisional Green Buildings Index (GBI) certification, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.

Key Features of TRX

The mall boasts over 400 retailers and eateries, including anchor tenants, across its four expansive floors. Ground-level spaces feature mid-to-high-end retail stores with designer brands, while the lower levels house a variety of common retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, and a bustling food court.

Children and young adults can enjoy attractions like playgrounds located on the building's rooftop. The Central Exchange, the mall's main hub, hosts numerous events throughout the year. This versatile space adapts to seasonal celebrations, transforming into a stage for special functions and performances. During holiday periods, the mall is beautifully adorned with festive decorations, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

Rooftop Park

Aside from being a typical commercial mall, it features a lovely man-made park directly above the complex. TRX City Park, also known as Taman Bandar TRX in Malay, is a 10-acre sanctuary located on Level 3 of the mall, with open areas and attractive little gardens dotted throughout. The park is currently owned by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), and TRX is in charge of its management, operation, and maintenance.
